Orange and Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients:

-5 eggs

-1 1/2 cups of sugar

-the zest of 2 oranges

-8 oz of orange juice ( freshly squeezed for more taste)

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla

- a pinch of salt

- 5 cups of flour

- 5 teaspoons of baking powder

- 1/2 pack of " Crisco shortening"

-1/2 cups of powdered sugar

Instructions:

1- Preheat over at 350 degrees

2- Mix the eggs, sugar with mixer.

3- Add "Crisco shortening" and all other remaining ingredients.

4- Mix well

5- Form into balls

6- Roll onto a plate or powdered sugar

7- Bake on a piece of parchement baking sheet until golden

Let them cool down till cold.
