Caramel

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of brown sugar

- 2 cups of corn syrup

- 1 stock of unslated butter

- 1 small size of "Eagle Brand"(sweetened condensed milk)

Instructions:

1- Melt the butter in medium size pan on low heat.

2- Add brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil(make bubbles) for 1 minute.

3- After 1 minute, remove from the heat.

4- Add "Eagle Brand". Mix.

5- Pour in glass jar.

*DO NOT REFRIGERATE!!!*

A delicious complement to vanilla ice cream... Create a decadent sugar pie or a few drops on a shortbread cookie!
